Some of the earliest issues of 1993, these three Bedtime Newborns saw the beginning of what is sometimes labelled the end of UK ponies. All ponies of this era were carded with dark pink cards and shared stories with the rest of their set and these were certainly no exception. None of the three ever broke into the comic, due to the extremely popular launch of the Seven Character ponies that same year. A common mistake is to call Baby Moondream 'Napper', when her name is indeed the former. Each baby came with a bottle which matched the colour of her mane.
