Undoubtedly the rarest of all the UK ponies, the Nurse Ponies came at the very end of the My Little Pony campaign. Each of them has heat sensitive symbols and tiny holes either side of their mane to attach their nurse's cap. Again one of the Seven Character ponies was used - this time Sweetheart, but instead of her having a coloured streak in her mane she had a different symbol. The correct names for the Nurse Ponies are Nurse Sweetheart, Nurse Tenderheart and Nurse Loveheart.
