Rosette was issued at the same time as Sweet Clover and like her playset counterpart, played little part in the public eye. She made no appearance at all in the UK comic strips and the pictures shown on brochures did not do her justice, being that they hid her yellow lion-like streaks of hair. She is a freckled pony, like many of her time, and comes with a similar set up to the one Butterscotch was released with in this country many years before, although whilst that one was named the 'Gymnkhana', the new one was simply called Prize Day. Strangely, few people seem to know her real name, and she is often referred to simply as the 'Prize Day Pony'.
